Individual telehealth therapy is the process in which you, the client, meet with me, the therapist, for typically 50 minutes at a frequency decided upon together (typically weekly or every other week). Therapy can be short-term or longer-term, depending on your needs, goals, and what feels right for you.
In our initial meetings, we’ll begin to get a sense of what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll work together to define goals that feel meaningful to you—and talk about how we might recognize when therapy has done what you needed it to do.
For some people, therapy focuses on what’s happening right now—stress, relationships, choices, or emotions that feel hard to manage. For others, it may involve looking at past experiences that still shape how you see yourself or move through the world today. There’s no one “right” way to do therapy—we’ll follow what feels most useful and grounding for you.
You know yourself best. I’m here to support you in uncovering what’s standing between you and the life you want to live—one that feels aligned, intentional, and yours.
I offer family and couples teleheealth therapy on a case-by-case basis. For some, this may be a one-time or short-term complement to individual therapy, while for others it may become the primary focus of our work together.
I also provide telehealth consultations for couples, families, and parents who may not be seeking ongoing therapy but want support around a particular challenge, transition, or decision. Parent consultations can be especially helpful when navigating developmental stages, behavior concerns, school issues, or simply finding new ways to feel more confident and connected in your parenting.
Each relationship and family system carries its own dynamics, history, and hopes. In our initial conversation, we’ll clarify what you’re looking for and explore whether therapy or consultation feels like the right fit. From there, we’ll consider the approach that can best support your goals and strengthen your relationships.
Working with others is criticallly important- and a heavy responsibility. As an independently licensed clinician in MA with experience as both a provider and supervisor, I am available for individual supervision to professionals in the field based on your training goals and personal needs. Together, we can explore your professional growth, challenges, and questions in a supportive and confidential space designed to help you feel more confident and grounded in your work.
I am also available to host webinars for groups or businesses looking for trainings or presentations on things such as stress management, parenting, and other varied topics.
Please reach out if you have any interest in either of these services. I would be happy to hear about your needs, and either identify a way we can work together or share resources for your search should I not be the best option.
As a dog lover and lifelong animal advocate, I understand the powerful emotional and practical support animals can offer. In Massachusetts, there are specific legal and clinical requirements for obtaining documentation related to the use of an animal to assist with a mental health disability.
I offer structured evaluation options to help determine your eligibility for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Service Animal letter. If appropriate, I can provide the necessary documentation following a thorough assessment process.
If you're considering this path, I’d be happy to discuss the process and help determine the best option for your needs. Contact me to learn more or schedule a consultation. Please note: ESA and Service Animal evaluations, including consultations and documentation, are not covered by insurance.
Sessions range from $120-$150 depending on type of session.
Supervision is $75 per hour.
Webinar pricing depends on the length and content and will be discussed upfront.
I believe mental health services and supervision should be accessible to all who want to fully engage. I offer reduced fees for individuals who: are enrolled in a higher education institute/program or trade school, have active MassHealth as their primary insurance, or individuals who receive other state benefits (SNAP, WIC, SSI/SSDI, etc), and/or who are uninsured. If you identify as someone in this list, or have a specific circumstance you feel prevents you from accessing therapy, I am always willing to have an honest conversation about the possibility of working together.
I accept credit cards (a fee may apply), cash, or check. I only accept Venmo or PayPal with a signed authorization as these are not confidential methods.
