You may notice I use an informal photo here. That’s intentional. Therapy is about real connection. It starts with showing up as our true selves, vulnerable and honest. Part of my philosophy is that it requires a genuine relationship between the therapist and client. Therefore, I prefer to show you a picture of my true self from the start.
I have over 10 years of experience working directly in the mental health field in various roles. A majority of my time was spent providing intensive in-home therapy to youth and families and helping to lead a team of awesome individuals doing the same. I have also worked in adolescent residential programs, domestic violence and homeless shelters, and provided outpatient therapy and group therapy.
I use a mixture of my own personal experiences, formal trainings and theory, and the latest mental health content to help you feel more capable of being your best self. You know yourself the best, I simply strive to help you sort out whatever is in the way.
