You may notice I use an informal photo here—that’s intentional. Therapy is about real connection. It starts with showing up as our true selves: vulnerable, honest, and human. Part of my philosophy is that meaningful therapy requires a genuine relationship between client and therapist. So I prefer to start by showing you me—as I truly am.
As a Massachusetts-based, independently licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), I bring over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in a range of roles and settings. Much of my time was spent providing intensive in-home therapy to youth and families, as well as supervising a team of dedicated clinicians doing similar work. I’ve also worked in adolescent residential programs, domestic violence and homeless shelters, and have provided both outpatient and group therapy.
Over the years, I’ve received both formal and experiential training in a variety of therapeutic frameworks and approaches, including:
Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework & ARC GROW
Person-Centered Recovery Model
Motivational Interviewing
Youth Mental Health First Aid
First Responder Mental Health
Cultural Awareness, Racial Trauma, and LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Care
My approach integrates evidence-based practices, lived experience, and current mental health insights to help you feel more capable, seen, and supported. You know yourself best. I’m here to help you sort through whatever’s getting in the way—so you can move toward the life that feels most true to you.
